Volunteers of all kinds are always welcome. The program is recognised as an alternative to civilian service. The following conditions are necessary:

• Good health.
• 18+ years
• Any nationality
• Basic knowledge of Spanish language
• Team spirit, ability for social work, working with children and young people
• With technical skills (metal, wood, fabric, electricity, computers, etc) a lower level of Spanish is acceptable.
• Healthcare or management experience are particularly welcome
• To deny financial resources to stay (200 € per month)
